Kitty Schur | A bundle of contradictions, in all the best ways.

Kitty Schur is a founder, creative, author, practitioner and passionate advocate for holistic mental health and nervous system wellness.

With expertise in creative direction, brand development, VIP client relations and event production, Kitty has collaborated extensively with both startups and luxury brands across the health, wellness, lifestyle, and advocacy sectors.

Kitty has a thorough background in creative direction, brand development, content strategy and content creation, as well as event production.

Raised in Greenwich, Connecticut with an appreciation for art, culture, and the understated, Kitty lends her refined eye to to clients, and has helped many influential individuals, start-ups, as well as luxury brands, craft thoughtful brand messaging, conceptualize unique and engaging programming, and curate a deliberate, elevated and visible brand presence.

Meet kit

A top graduate of the University of Southern California in Film and Public Relations, Kitty worked with notable female empowerment initiatives before founding The Collective Rising, a digital community of over 13,000 women, which was acquired in 2022.

In December 2021, she completed her master’s degree in Global Social Impact and Innovation at the London School of Economics. Since then, she has pursued numerous prestigious certifications and expert-level trainings in related fields, further deepening her expertise.

Kitty is a certified Holistic Health Coach, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Mindfulness Teacher, Kundalini Coach, and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner. She is also informed in Polyvagal Theory, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Hakomi, HeartMath and Neural-Awareness.

In 2024, Kitty launched statechanged, a method and discovery marketplace designed to support holistic mental health and nervous system wellness.

Kitty splits her time between London, New York, Los Angeles and Hong Kong.
