Introducing AR2l: Somatic Mindfulness Method

AR2L: Somatic Mindfulness Method combines mindfulness, meditation, visualization, movement, sound, immersive art, positive pyschology and somatic experiencing work.

The goal of this method is for participants to experience catharsis, feel safely embodied, and be empowered to show up as their highest and best self to our world and be catalyst for change, growth and progress that originate from a place of joy, worthiness and acceptance.
