Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher (200 HR YTT)

Under the guidance and mentorship of Guru Singh (who has 50+ years of experience) I have completed my 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training accredited by The International Yoga Alliance.

My first introduction to Kundalini yoga and meditation was in 2018, which was early on in my wellness journey. My instant love for the practice of Kundalini was a catalyst for much of my own deep healing and personal expansion. Although much has changed over the past several years, my commitment to Kundalini principles, practices and teachings has remained steadfast.

In more recent years, I felt called to create, teach, innovate and lead in the holistic wellness, mindfulness and mental health space, With my intentions clear and my goals set, I knew it was finally the right time for me to undergo Kundalini teacher training. For years, I had witnessed the undeniable impact Kundalini has on my own healing and transformation, and I felt called to earn my credentials, as I wanted to be able to properly incorporate and integrate elements of Kundalini into what I am working to bring to life next.

Kundalini Yoga is very different than many other, more widespread types of yoga, such as Hatha or Vinyasa. Before I came across Kundalini, yoga had never really been “my thing.” I found it relaxing, but I would always prefer to do a breathwork class and workout instead, as I felt like that was a more transformational combination for me.

The first time I took a Kundalini yoga class, I quickly realized that Kundalini was unlike any thing I had ever previously experienced. Kundalini yoga brought me back into my body. Over time, I felt my self become more present, more steadfast and more self-trusting — through this practice I felt my soul arrive back home to my body and I felt at peace and safe.

Kundalini music, mantras, mudras and kriyas are transformative, potent and powerful medicine. My personal commitment to my Kundalini practice has made me healthier, happier, more present, more conscious and more loving.

Kundalini Master, Yogi Bhajan said, “If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it.” And that is exactly why I obtained my Kundalini teaching credentials.
