In Fall of 2022, I became a certified MBSR Teacher, accredited by Oxford Mindfulness.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an internationally recognized mindfulness method that has been taught and researched since the 1970’s. MBSR was founded by Jon Kabat-Zin, who is a pioneer of the Western mindfulness movement, and has spent more than 40 years studying, teaching, and advocating the benefits of mindfulness.
